MGMA Strategic Plan Review Workshop

MGMA Strategic Plan Review Workshop was held on January 23th and 24th, 2026 at Chaung Thar Lodge.The meeting was kicked off opening speech by Chairman of MGMA, U Myint Soe and then gave welcome remarks and explained objective of workshop by Managing Director of MGMA, Daw Aye Mi Shein.

In the workshop , 5 working groups reviewed activities, output, impact under 2025 timeline, facilitated by Daw Kay Thi and team from Future Development Initiative Learning Hub (FDILH). 5 working groups presented the goal, gaps, current status for activities of 2026 and the working group members exchanged mutual suggestions. Then design 1year action plan for 2026 and defined monitoring procedure.

The meeting was actively discussed by (26) participants by Executive Committee of MGMA, facilitators of FDILH, secretariat office and Vice Chairman of MGMA, Daw Htay Htay Aye gave closing remarks. MGMA implementing the 10-year strategic plan (2025-2034) by 5 working groups as Supply Chain Development, Social Compliance and Sustainable Development, Industrial Relation and PPP, International Information Hub and Productivity and HRD.
