MGMA Staffs’ Team Building Workshop

MGMA Staffs’ Team Building Workshop was held on 2026, February 12 to 14 at Hotel Zwekabin, Hpa-ann, facilitated by Daw Kay Thi and team from Future Development Initiative Learning Hub (FDILH).

The workshop was kicked off with opening remarks by Daw Aye Mi Shein, Managing Director of MGMA. On day (1), participant shared hidden talents, thanking colleagues who provided support during difficult times and energizer activities by Privilege Walk,The Heat Room, finding hidden products.

On day (2), MGMA staffs participated activities by Minefield, The Silent Wall, The Trust Fall & Values, The Great Bridge Build and Appreciation Fire to share commom understanding among each other. Team building activities participated actively attended by (28) MGMA staffs.
