OSH & WCC In-Factory Training

Occupational Safety & Health Management System (OSH) and Workplace Coordination Committee (WCC) In-Factory Training (One Day Training) was held on October 10th , 2025 at AMG Factory Limited organized by Myanmar Garment Manufacturers Association (MGMA).

In OSH training, Labour Officers from MGMA conducted the training and presented Basic concepts of Occupational Safety and Health, Occupational Safety and Health Laws, Roles & Responsibilities, Workplace Hazards and Prevention in Garment Industry, Risk Management System, Occupational cleanliness and waste management, Occupational safety and Health Management System, Emergency Preparedness, Fire Safety, Electrical Safety, Chemical Safety, Occupational Health Hazards and ways to prevent, Building Good habits/Practices & Auditing with open discussion and Q&A session.

In this training, Labour Officers from MGMA conducted the training and presented Formation of Workplace Coordination Committee, Employment Contract, Leave & Holiday Act, Working Hours, Working Overtime and Severance Pay Rate.

Total (19) participants attended the OSH training, (6) participants attended WCC training from AMG Factory Limited and awarded certificates.
