6th MGMA Members’ Day

6th MGMA Members’ Day was held on 29th August 2025 at Melia Hotel Yangon, Grand Ballroom, organized by Myanmar Garment Manufacturers Association.

In the beginning of the program, market place at commercial booths of MAB Bank as Platinum Sponsor, KBZ Life Insurance and G-Link Global as Silver Sponsor and PTI Co.,Ltd and Rover X Travel as VLCA award partners.

Firstly, Vice-President of UMFCCI U Aye Tun delivered opening remarks and then Secretary General of MGMA Daw Khine Khine Nwe shared the key note message about MGMA’s Code of Conduct then panel discussion of “Responsible Business Conduct” with Garment Stakeholders and MGMA, moderated by Daw Khine Khine Nwe.

The platinum title sponsor ‘MAB Bank’ presented their services. Prsented the video click of MGMA VLCA user’s function and MGMA’s CSR activities report in the event. VLCA awarded by Suitstar Garment Co.,Ltd and Sincere Season (Myanmar) Garment Co.,Ltd as “Best of Full Compliance” and then representatives from awarded factories expressed their experience in best practiced of factory comply to VLCA and thank you notes.

Chairman of MGMA U Myint Soe gave closing remarks and thank you notes and took group photos in final warp up. The event attended by Vice – President of UMFCCI, Chairman, Vice-Chairmen and CECs/ECs of MGMA, delegates of Garment Cluster Associations, Executive committee of MRGMA and MGMA’s member factories. The participants were entertained with live music and fun with lucky draw programs.
