MGMA Staffs’ Organizational Development Workshop

MGMA Staffs’ Organizational Development Workshop was held from January 28th and 29 th at the Hill Garden Hotel on Chaung Tha Beach. Firstly, Managing Director of MGAM Ma Aye Mi Shein gave opening remarks. Trainer Daw Kay Thi and team from Comprehensive Development Education Center (CDEC) taught by What is OD, Situation Analysis (PESTEL), MBTI Personal Type identification Exercise, Different between Team and Organization, Building Unity with diversity, Need and Offers and SWOT in group discussions. In addition, Ma Aye Mi Shein, Managing Director of MGMA and Labor Officer of MGMA Ko Min Soe Han explained the organization strategies. The workshop was attended by (21) MGMA staff and included Q&A sessions and group activities.
